Safety and Backup
Safety is paramount on all of our programmes. Before departure, you will receive a comprehensive briefing pack which includes risk assessments, health brief, country profiles, dedicated emergency telephone numbers, basic language programme and itineraries
Whilst on the programme, we operate a dedicated 24-hour UK operations team, ready to respond to any problems that you may encounter as well as a team of local ground handlers. In the event of an emergency the operations team will liaise with your insurance company, local agencies and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, taking the hassle out of your trip. We also work closely with private security organisations such as Red24 ensuring that we are kept constantly up to date with any security issues in-country
